Japan Verification provides a digital verification service. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Digital Service

Because our service is delivered digitally, completed verification services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds for Uncompleted Requests

If the requested verification cannot be completed due to a service-side issue, we will review the case and may issue a refund. This can include situations where the required verification step could not be completed as expected.

SMS and Voice Verification

Depending on the platform, verification may involve SMS verification or voice call verification. Refund consideration is based on whether the requested verification step could be completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available once the requested verification has been successfully completed or delivered.

Refunds are also generally not available where issues result from incorrect information provided by the customer, account-specific restrictions, platform policy changes, or other conditions outside our control.

How Refund Requests Are Reviewed

Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the specific platform, the verification method involved, and the outcome of the request.
